2 red tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges
2 yellow tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges
4 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, cut into paper-thin slices
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon basil-flavored olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Toss together all of the ingredients in a serving bowl. Serve at once or let stand at room temperature up to 30 minutes.
