River walk needs new set of rules

I enjoy the Soldotna river walk. It's wonderful. I do believe though, that the city should install a couple of rules.
No bicycles, and no dogs. I was nearly knocked off the walkway (where there is only one railing) by a young boy on a bicycle. Also, it's a shame we have to watch where we walk because of the dog poop. A few signs might help.
