ANCHORAGE (AP) -- A new company will be managing Alaska's big arenas.
SMG has purchased Ogden Facility Management of Alaska. Terms were not disclosed.
SMG is jointly owned by Aramark Corporation and Hyatt International Hotels.
The purchase makes SMG manager of the Egan Civic and Convention Center, Sullivan Arena, Ben Boeke Ice Arena and Dempsey-Anderson Ice Arena in Anchorage and the Carlson Center in Fairbanks.
SMG is jointly owned by Aramark Corporation and Hyatt International Hotels. The company is the largest manager of sports and entertainment arenas, with 150 properties in the U.S. and Europe.
