ANCHORAGE (AP) -- A man upset with his ex-fiance used a front-end loader to drop a car onto her current boyfriend's trailer.
Anchorage police say the car came crashing through the kitchen wall of the trailer at about 4:30 Thursday morning, while several people were playing cards in an adjacent room. No one was injured.
Jeffrey Brown, 31, was arrested and charged with assault and criminal mischief. He was being held at Cook Inlet Pre-trial Facility.
Police said the woman told them Brown had been upset with her for some time and began making threats about a week ago. She told investigators Brown had threatened to drive a ''John Deere 410'' to her boyfriend's home, pick up his car and put it through the front of his trailer.
Officer Anthony Rollins said alcohol was a factor in the incident and further charges are pending.
Rollins said he's never seen anything quite like it ''except on the Jerry Springer show.''
''It's the only trailer down there with a car attached,'' Rollins said.
