Stevens will be missed

Posted: Wednesday, August 11, 2010

Since I was born (1985) and raised in Alaska, Senator Theodore Fulton Stevens has served as Alaska's most successful senator. Whether it was fishing for Kings together on the Kenai River or working on his staff as an intern in Washington, D.C., Stevens shared an enthusiasm for life and his country that was second to none. Never has Alaska seen a senator and their family represent the Last Frontier so willingly and unquestionably. Our family is grateful for the opportunity to have spent time with such a talented man and American patriot. We are honored to have known the greatest Alaskan who ever lived.
