McNair, Haeg marry at Nikiski lake

Megan McNair and Greg Haeg were married Monday, June 23, 2001, on the shores of Beck Lake at the Ernst cabin in Nikiski. Father Luke Steiner of St. John's Abbey in College-ville, Minn., officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Robert and Linda McNair of Kenai. She wore a dress designed and handmade by Erin Keene, a friend of the bride.

The bride was attended by her sister Caitlin McNair.

The groom is the son of Richard and Eileen Haeg of Collegeville.

The best man was Robert Ernst.

The bride is a graduate of Nikiski High School and the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, Minn. and is working on a degree in exercise physiology at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.

Forms for engagements and weddings are available at the Clarion's Kenai and Soldotna offices. Color or black and white pictures also may be submitted. Photos with an address written on the back will be returned.

Weddings must be submitted within six months to be printed.

The groom is a graduate of Cathedral High School in St. Cloud and St. John's University. He is a full-time carpenter.

The couple lives on their farm in Collegeville.
