Misty McQueen and Marcquis Pulliam of Anchorage announce the birth of their daughter, RaShae Khirsi Pulliam, at 2:33 p.m., Tuesday, July 23, 2002. She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and measured 21 inches.
Her grandparents are Deborah Goodwin of Kenai, Alan McQueen of Nikiski and Deatrice (Dee) Pulliam of Anchorage.
