About 40 boys and 20 adult volunteers attended the camp, practicing archery and B.B. gun safety, hiking along Morgan's Landing and learning about plant identification, Kenai bank restoration and conservation and fire safety.
Debbie Arnold, a registered nurse, taught courses on First Aid and home safety. Everyone participated in knot tying, zip-line rides, a soccer game, a round of capture the flag and a water fight.
