ANCHORAGE (AP) Alaska State Troopers made 21 arrests during the four-day Talkeetna Bluegrass and Music Festival.
The festival ended Sunday.
Troopers routinely beef up their patrols each year because of the event, which draws thousands of people to the Talkeetna area.
Six of the people arrested this year were taken to jail and the rest were issued a court summons. Three of the arrests were for sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. Ten were for driving with a suspended license. One was for misconduct involving weapons.
Troopers stopped 554 vehicles, issued 173 warnings and 263 citations, and responded to four vehicle crashes.
