Lost to Thought

by Michael L. Hollinger

Why do men worry,

And run all about?

Their heads in a flurry,

Giving a shout!

Crazed they do seem,

All lost in their minds.

As if in a dream,

Thoughts they do find.

Worrisome thought,

That ought to be not,

Many a time wrought

A deadly knot!

So beware of this,

And do not forget,

All of this craziness

At your doorstep!
