Friday: Teriyaki chicken chow mein and steamed white rice

Monday: Classico lasagna, Italian vegetables, hot French bread


All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Pork chops, scalloped potatoes, beets, green salad

Wednesday: Stuffed peppers with beef and rice, stuffed tomato with tuna and celery, rice pilaf, peas, birthday cake

Thursday: Beef stew, orange, carrot, pineapple, Jell-o salad, cornbread, tapioca pudding

Friday: Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, celery, carrots, Irish bread, Irish trifle

Monday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, hot potato salad, carrots, ice cream

Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.
