Finally. I'm so glad to hear that the bike path will be completed. It is amazing the state Department of Transportation and Public Facilities could put so much money into a project that would be used by so many people only to have one person be able to hold it up for ransom!
I thought the DOT took the right of way whether you wanted it to or not. That is the right of way public right of way.
Well, hopefully, it is finally on the final leg of being finished. The busiest part of the road and you have to ride your bike or run on the side. Absurd. Thanks for trying to finish it for the rest of the population that will use it more than one person.
