Anastasia "Stacey" Marie Espy and Michael "Mike" Wallace Larion were married Sunday, July 11, 2004, at the bride's parents' home in Kenai. Roy Espy, father of the bride, officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Roy and Janine Espy. She graduated from Kenai Central High School in 2000 and Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, with a nursing degree in 2002. She is a registered nurse at Providence Extended Care Center in Anchorage. She wore a strapless white gown with a blue crystal-embroidered bodice and carried a bouquet of orchids, sunflowers and white roses.
The groom is the son of Sharon Larion of Newport, Wash., and the late Brian Larion. He graduated from Cusik High School in Cusik, Wash., in 1996. He works as an electrician in Anchorage.
Lindsey Mida was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Melanie Hoisington, Laura Krusen and Belinda Espy, sister of the bride. They wore blue, full-length gowns with spaghetti straps and carried yellow roses. Lilian Gomez was the flower girl.
The best man was Lance Larion, the groom's nephew. Groomsmen were the groom's brothers, Brian and Fred Larion. Jordan Martin, the groom's nephew, was the ring bearer.
A reception also was held in the garden at the bride's parents' home.
The couple honeymooned in Washington and live in Anchorage.
