Today: Roast beef, potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, pears

Tuesday: Sesame chicken, mustard sauce, stir-fry vegetables, rice, yogurt and ice cream

Wednesday: Salisbury steak, baked potatoes and gravy, mushrooms, broccoli, dessert

Thursday: Tuna casserole, carrots, coleslaw, green beans, yogurt and ice cream

Friday: Turkey, beef or egg salad sandwich, split pea soup, mixed fruit


Meals include milk, coffee, tea, soup, salad bar, bread, roll, dessert.

Today: Spinach quiche, tossed salad, garlic bread

Tuesday: Pizza, cucumber salad, cottage cheese with fruit

Wednesday: Baked salmon, rice pilaf, tomatoes, quash

Thursday: Turkey with dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberries, green beans, pumpkin pie

Friday: Beef and tomato stir fry, rice, chow mien noodles
