As Soldotna High School gets ready to kickoff another school year we already have a lot to be thankful for. Along with having great students, involved parents and a dedicated staff, we also live in a great city with an extremely supportive business community.

For the sixth year in a row, Wells Fargo Bank (Soldotna Branch) has given Soldotna High School $3,000 to run our after-school open library program. This program is open to all students and throughout the school year we will average 15 to 25 students working on homework in our Library after-school hours.

We would also like to Thank Soldotna Trustworthy Hardware, Willie Boats and the Miller family for giving our Soldotna High School athletic programs a check for $8,400 from their summer community boat raffle. This donation is much appreciated by our athletes, parents and coaches. This money will help kick-off our athletic season with new uniforms and some much needed new athletic equipment.

Wells Fargo, Trust Worthy Hardware and Willie Boats are truly SHINNING STARS!
