Wednesday: Chicken Tahitian, stir-fry vegetables, rice, wheat rolls, peaches

Thursday: Lasagna with ground beef, peas, French bread, ice cream

Friday: Tuna melt, clam chowder, coleslaw, Mandarin oranges

Monday: Beef stew, mixed vegetables, corn bread, mixed fruit


Dessert served every day.

Today: Barbecued chicken, macaroni salad, broccoli

Wednesday: Catfish, baked salmon, rice pilaf, black-eyed peas, birthday cake

Thursday: Turkey with dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans

Friday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, lettuce salad

Monday: Chicken and dumplings, peas, gravy, carrots, apple salad
