Wednesday: Stuffed pork chops with dressing, gravy, carrots, cauliflower, rolls

Thursday: Baked potato bar

Friday: Outdoor grill with hot dogs, banana splits

Saturday: Pot roast, potatoes, vegetables, rolls

Sunday: Sirloin tip roast, au jus, twice-baked potatoes, broccoli Normandy

Monday: Chicken and dumplings, peas and carrots, mashed potatoes


Today: Pepper steak, roasted potatoes, carrots, fruit, bread, dessert

Wednesday: Chicken chow mien, egg roll, fried rice, Oriental peas, dessert

Thursday: Swedish meatballs, noodles, pineapple slaw, pears with cottage cheese, dessert

Friday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, zucchini with tomatoes, roll, dessert

Monday: Chicken rice soup, barbecue sandwich, macaroni salad, peas, dessert


Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m., lunch is served at noon and includes salad bar, bread, rolls or muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water.

Today: Navy bean soup, ham sandwich, chips

Wednesday: Baked chicken, stuffing, gravy, mixed vegetables

Thursday: Cabbage rolls, scalloped potatoes, corn

Friday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, broccoli

Monday: Stroganoff, noodles, broccoli

Monday: Corn beef brisket with potatoes, carrots, celery and steamed cabbage, applesauce


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m.; dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Sweet and sour chicken, steamed rice, Oriental-style vegetables, fortune cookie

Wednesday: Pizza supreme, mixed vegetables, custard

Thursday: Cheeseburger, pasta casserole, green beans, marble cake

Friday: Pork chops, dressing, cauliflower, berry pie

Monday: Stuffed cabbage, rolls, summer squash, ice cream


Today: Breakfast to order with biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets, hash brown quiche served 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Moose stew, corn bread, vegetable soup

Thursday: Baked perch, pasta, spinach, beef barley soup

Friday: Choice of breakfast at 9 a.m. or lunch of smorgasbord.

Monday: Cabbage rolls, mashed potatoes, carrots, cream of chicken soup.
