Businesses, attendees make reunion successful

Posted: Friday, August 27, 2004

The KCHS class of 1984 held our 20-year reunion on Aug. 6, 7 and 8. It was fun weekend for all who attended. We would like to thank all of the following businesses for their support and donations towards making our 20-year reunion such a success: Subway, Pepsi, Three Bears, Safeway of Kenai, Fred Meyer, Sweeney's, Buck, Buck, Buck Store in the Peninsula Center Mall, Sun Dog, the Kenai Elks Lodge, Unocal, the Wonder Bread Store, Candy Bouquet, Peninsula Clarion, Little Ski-Mo, Paradisos and the city of Kenai for the use of the park strip.

Everyone who attended had a great time, which would not have been possible without the help and support of these local businesses. Please continue to support and shop locally with these and all other businesses in our area. They are a major backbone to our community and were more than willing to help us out any way possible.

We also thank them for all they do for all of the schools in our area. Our local businesses do more than most people might know to support our kids and our schools. If we left anyone out, we sincerely apologize. We cannot thank you enough for helping us out and we also thank everyone who attended, as your attendance was part of our success also. Thank you again.
