ANCHORAGE (AP) -- A moderate earthquake shook King Salmon Wednesday.
The quake had a preliminary magnitude of 5, and was situated 80 miles southeast of the Alaska Peninsula town, according to the Alaska Tsunami Warning Center in Palmer. It occurred at 9:57 a.m.
The center said the quake also was felt in Kodiak.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injury.
