Businesses should think twice about hang-ups

It is time for people to start being a little more patient on the phone especially businesses.

I am a person with a disability, including a speech impairment. I called a business today and started talking. The person on the end automatically hung up on me. It made me very angry.

Just because a person talks funny doesn't mean that person is crazy. I happen to be a very intelligent person who is born with cerebral palsy. It takes a lot of effort for me to talk and I am trying to be independent without my caregiver talking for me.

So don't be too quick to hang up the phone, you might lose some good business.
