Seldovia concert planned

Bryan Bowers will perform in Seldovia Friday. Bowers is best known for his absolute mastery of the autoharp, which he combines with humor and a sense of stage presence. Stories of his youth and misadventures have folks from tot to teetotaler holding their bellies in laughter between songs.

Performing on virtuoso guitar in the same show will be Mike Morgan of Kasilof.

The show is sponsored by the Seldovia Arts Council. It will take place at Susan B. English School Commons at 7 p.m. Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for children. A family ticket can be purchased for $30. At the door the tickets will be $15 and $10. They may be purchased at Seldovia Rowing Club, Herring Bay Mercantile and from Seldovia Arts Council members. For more information, call Susan Mumma at 234-7614.
