Antonia Trujillo and Dalon Bynum were married in Taos, N.M., Aug. 3 in a ceremony at the Kachina Lodge Hotel.
The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Ramona Trujillo of Soldotna and Patricia Vargas of Ranchos de Taos, N.M.
The groom is the son of Grace and Josephus Bynum Jr. of Ocala, Fla.
The bride is a 1993 graduate of Skyview High School and 1998 graduate of the University of New Mexico. She teaches middle school science in Rio Rancho, N.M.
The groom is a 1989 graduate of Ramstien American High School in Germany and a 1995 graduate of the University of Alaska Fairbanks. He is the human resource generalist at Heel Inc., in Albuquerque, N.M.
The bride was attended by her close friends, cousins and the sister of the groom. Charity Encinias of Albuquerque was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Becky Crane, Maya Gill, Dulcinea Davidson, Dichele Bynum and Jamie Hawthorne.
The best man was Tennay Evans, of Salt Lake City, Utah. The groomsmen included the groom's brother, Josephus Bynum III, the bride's brother, Luciano Trujillo and three former UAF basketball players, Fred Ready Jr., of Anchorage, Fred Chmiel of Lancing, Calif., and Deon Moyd, of Tacoma, Wash.
The couple currently resides in Albuquerque.
