Marshmallow Cream Fudge

3 cups sugar

3/4 cup margarine

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1 cup chopped nuts

1 12-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 7-ounce jar marshmallow cream

1 teaspoon vanilla

Grease 13- by 9-inch pan

In a 2 1/2 quart heavy sauce pan, combine sugar, margarine and milk. Over medium heat, bring to full boil, stirring constantly. Continue to boil for five minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234 F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into prepared pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.
