Captain Burn-ee is reflected in a van as he and others associated with Central Emergency Services solicit donations for the Alaska chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association during the annual Fill the Boot fund drive in Soldotna on Saturday. Money collected in the drive will provide service and clinics for more than 200 Alaska families, according to a CES press release. Burn-ee is usually known as Central Emergency Services Fire Marshal Gary Hale.
