Ashlie Turkington and Nate Bishop were married at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July 12, 2003, at the Hollywood Schoolhouse in Woodin-ville, Wash. The Rev. Monica Myers officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Bruce and Debbie Turkington of Homer.
The groom is the son of William and Darlene Bishop of Seattle.
Kirsten Swieso served as maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Elizabeth Bishop, Gwen Forrest-Brake, Robin Dornfield, Rebekah Robinson and Shannon Schoepke.
The best man was Andrew Bishop, brother of groom, and the groomsmen were John Brodie, Nick McFarland, Andrew Petersen, Aaron Pinto and Christian Pond.
The ushers were Ryan Turkington, Kevin Maloney and Greg Quitiquit.
Honored guests were the bride's grandparents, Shirley and Walt Henwood and Bob and Carolyn Turkington, all from Homer, and the groom's grandparents, Jeanne Peterson of Seattle and William Bishop of Puyallup, Wash.
The couple took a honeymoon in Hawaii and live in Kirkland, Wash.
