Community support made year action-packed for Scouts

Nikiski Boy Scout Troop 659 would like to thank some local businesses that have made donations or helped the troop.

Thank you to Home Depot for the donation of wood for making a sled. Thank you to Kenai IGA and Kenai Safeway for a couple years help and donations with the Elks Mother’s Day Breakfast. Thank you to the Nikiski and Soldotna pools for Merit Badge work. Thank you to Nikiski Fire Station No. 2 for Merit Badge work. Thank you to the Peninsula Center Mall for hosting the Scoutorama for the last couple of years. Thank you to Doug and his staff at the Kenai Safeway for allowing us to sell Scout Popcorn in December for the last few years.
