Sponsors help Skyview grads party safely with friends

The Skyview After-Graduation Party Committee of the class of 2004 would like to express our appreciation to all the businesses and individuals that made our after-graduation party a huge success. We had more than 150 kids attend the party at the Kenai Recreation Center. Our theme, "Run for the Border," was successful due to the hard work of the many volunteering parents of the graduating class of 2004. As a result of much time and effort, a fun evening was had by all.

Without the support of the business community, all their effort would have been for naught. Not many activities of this type would happen without the support and donations from the businesses in our community and state. Every club, activity and school is looking for help and donations in this time of budget cutbacks, placing enormous pressure on the businesses. We greatly appreciate what they can give, both in merchandise and monetary funds.

We wish to thank the following businesses and encourage everyone to remember to support these businesses with your business: A-1 Enterprises, Acapulco Restaurant, Agrium, Airport Equipment Rentals, Alaska Railroad, Alaska USA Federal Credit Union, Alaska Advanced Care Chiropractic, Alaska Oil Sales, Air Gas, Air Liquide, Altman Rogers and Co., Alyeska Sales and Service, Arby's, Art Works, Auto Spa, Beemun's, Best Transit Mix, Big G Electric, Blockbuster Video, Bo Ansel, Brown's Electric, Call of the Wild, Anco Distributors, Clark's Expresso, Coffee Concepts, Columbia Paint, Country Foods, Country Liquor, Credit Union 1, Cross Timber, Dave's Custom Knives, Davis Block, Don Jose's in Kenai, Don Jose's in Soldotna, Era Aviation, Fashion Outlet, First National Bank, Frames and Things, Fred Meyer, Freedom Realty, Frontier Business Systems, Froso's, GCI, Godfather's Pizza, Gottschalk's, Halibut King Charters, Homer Electric Association, Healthy Changes, Inlet Drilling, J & B Stor & Lock, Jan's Distributing, Judy Joseph, Kaladi Brothers Coffee Co., Kelly Griebel, Kenai Peninsula Harley Davidson, Lambe, Tuter & Wagner, Marydale Manor, Marathon Oil Co., Mary's Hairstyle, Master's Vineyard, Meghan's Coffee, Midas, Nancy Mitchell State Farm Insurance, Touchless Car Wash, Nordstrom, Order of the Eagles, Orca Theater, Papa Murphy's Pizza, Peninsula Roofing, Penny Gean's Cuts, Peninsula Medical Center Association, Pepsi Bottling Group, Phillips Marine Cruises, Quality Electric, Red Diamond Video, Residential Mortgage, Robert Cowan, Law Office, Safeway, Save U More, Schucks, Short Stop-K-Beach, Soldotna Florist, Soldotna Professional Pharmacy, Shrew's Nest, South Central Title, Stylestixs Team Salon, Three Bears, Twin Cities Veterinary Clinic, Stewart Title of Kenai, Subway, Sundog Serigraphics, Sweeney's, Taco Bell, Tesoro, Tina's Too, Trustworthy Hardware, Ultimate Tan, Unocal, Vaughn's Mini Mart, VFW Post No. 10046 and Wells Fargo Bank.
