Hockey team comes to the rescue

Posted: Thursday, September 09, 2010

We recently had 22 tons of hay delivered to us. Being of the age where this could be a daunting task, we looked for a solution. We called the Brown Bears to see if they would be interested in helping us out. They did. It took them just over 2 hours to unload the container van and move the hay into our hay shed, neatly stacked as well.

We really appreciated their help, but more so, their willingness to do the work. They were and are, a wonderful group of young men. They are respectful, have great senses of humor and are good natured-they all gave autographs to our grandson, Aidan, who is a huge fan.

Thank you once again, Coach Oliver, for bringing your wonderful group of young men to our rescue. We know you guys will have a great season on the ice.
