ANCHORAGE (AP) -- A magnitude 4.5 earthquake hit 25 miles north of the city early Sunday morning, causing minor damage, officials said.
The earthquake occurred at about 1 a.m., said Tony Tix, a technician with the West Coast and Alaska Tsunami Warning Center.
No tsunami was expected to accompany the quake, Tix said.
