ANCHORAGE (AP) -- Two people have been arrested after a raid on a suspected methamphetamine lab in midtown Anchorage, police report.
Authorities have had the home with the lab under surveillance for more than a month, according to police, after a tip in early August.
Police say they raided the home at 9 a.m. Thursday and took three people into custody.
Charged in the case are Robert Combs, 35, and his girlfriend, Joely Lugdon, 34. Both are charged with two counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance.
Combs is also charged with being a felon in possession of a weapon. Police say they found a handgun in the home, along with the meth lab and restricted chemicals.
Combs and Lugdon were taken to the Anchorage jail. Combs' bail was set at $50,000, while Lugden's bail was set at $35,000.
