Setting sooner

The sun sets in brilliant oranges and pinks Tuesday behind Mount Iliamna, left, and Mount Redoubt on the western side of Cook Inlet. With autumn officially beginning next Wednesday, the length of daylight is getting shorter by more than five minutes a day. There will be less than 13 hours of light today.
