Parents are reminded to fill out the lunch application. Families who don't qualify for the program still are encouraged to fill out the form and check "e-rate," as the school receives funds for every application turned in.

The PTA fall fund-raiser is off to a roaring start. Students are selling Innisbrook wrapping paper and gift items. For more information or to place an order, call the school at 283-6148.

Students in Mrs. Gustkey and Mrs. Wannamaker's classes commemorated 9-11 and patriotism last Friday with several multiage activities. Students created a hand-printed flag that is hanging in the school's hallway, as well as quizzed each other on different branches of the military, graphed local names of those active in the military and read about the history of the nation's flag and symbols.

Mrs. Heath and Mr. Knudsen's third-graders enjoyed their educational hike to the Russian River Falls. Mrs. Berkhahn and Mr. Rhyner, Alaska Department of Fish and Game employees, shared their expertise with the students.
