Allison, Phillips plan Idaho wedding

Laura Allison and David Phillips have announced their plans to marry Saturday, Oct. 6, 2001, at Grace's Garden park in Meridian, Idaho, with a reception following at the home of David's parents.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Les and Janet Palmer of Sterling and Karl and Cindy Allison of Las Vegas. She graduated from Skyview High School in 1991.
The future groom is the son of Gary and Mary Phillips of Boise, Idaho. He graduated from Gardena High School in Gardena, Calif., in 1993.
