Wednesday: Spaghetti, fried eggplant, Italian Vegetables, bread sticks

Thursday: Corned beef, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, rye bread

Friday: Sandwich bar, clam chowder, Waldorf salad

Saturday: Swedish meatballs, white rice, California-blend vegetables, rolls

Sunday: Cornish game hens a la orange, wild rice, green beans with almonds

Monday: Beef stroganoff, egg noodles, peas and carrots


Today: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, Jell-O salad, dessert

Wednesday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, brussels sprouts, dessert

Thursday: Barbecued ribs, scalloped potatoes, broccoli spears, carrot salad, garlic bread, dessert

Friday: Sloppy Joes, tater tots, coleslaw, dessert

Monday: Ham and potatoes au gratin, broccoli, corn bread, dessert


Milk and coffee served every day.

Today: Oriental chicken, rice, mixed vegetables, chocolate cake

Wednesday: Tacos, rice, refried beans, ice cream

Thursday: Swiss steak, scalloped potatoes, California vegetables, mixed fruit

Friday: Chicken salad sandwich, potato soup, tossed salad, cookies

Monday: Beef-fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and carrots, roll, fruit salad


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m.; dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Brunch for lunch with French toast, bacon slice, scrambled egg, mixed fruit cup

Wednesday: Beef brisket, ranch beans, corn, rhubarb bar

Thursday: Cream of potato soup, pastrami on rye sandwich, pineapple and orange Jell-O

Friday: Salisbury steak, parsley potatoes, string beans, marble cake

Monday: Dahl sheep roast, garlic mashed potatoes, peas and onions, apple square


Today: Breakfast buffet with omelettes and waffles with toppings, served from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Fish and chips, beets, bean soup

Thursday: Swedish meatballs, rice or noodles, peas, cauliflower

Friday: Chef's surprise

Monday: Moose stroganoff, noodles or mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, split pea soup
