Many activities are taking place during homecoming week, including school spirit dress-up days: Wednesday is armed forces-military day; Thursday is punk-rock star day; and Friday is Panther school spirit day.
The girls' powder puff football game begins at 6 p.m. Friday at the football stadium, followed by a pep rally and bonfire at 7 p.m.
Saturday, the varsity football team will host Eilson at 2 p.m. During halftime, the homecoming royalty will be presented.
The swimming and diving team will host the Skyview Quad at 10 a.m. Saturday in the pool area with Homer, Wasilla and Kodiak participating.
The homecoming dance will be from 8 to 11 p.m. Saturday. The dress is semi-formal. The cost for the dance is $10 for singles or $15 for couples. Parents are encouraged to participate and attend all activities. For more information, call Skyview at 262-7675.
