KPC seminar planned
A Career Exploration Seminar will be offered at the Kenai Peninsula College from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday in room 124.
The seminar will cover career investigation strategies, job of the future, resume writing, interviewing skills and internships. The seminar is free and open to the public.
Special joint lunch planned
The Kenai Peninsula Chamber and The Alliance will hold a special joint lunch at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Paradisos, in Kenai. A live audio broadcast of an Anchorage-based presentation featuring Dick Oliver, managing director and executive vice president of BP, will be presented.

The Kenai Peninsula Small Business Development Center will co-sponsor a seminar with Matt Streiff from Edward Jones Investments entitled Small Business Retirement Plans, Thursday at the Economic Development District at Mile 14.5 of the Kenai Spur Highway.

Art entries sought
The Pratt Museum is currently seeking entries for the Ritz2000 Art Show. The show will be on display at the museum from Oct. 6 through Nov. 2.
The museum will display all donated artwork in the Ritz2000 Art Show. All pieces must be at the Pratt Museum by Friday. For more information, call (907) 235-8635.
