ANCHORAGE (AP) -- An Anchorage man has pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute crack cocaine.
Rodney Scott entered a guilty plea Tuesday in federal court in Anchorage. He will spend 25 years in prison if the plea agreement is approved by the federal court in Anchorage.
Court documents show that Scott conspired with another individual between December 2001 and January of this year to sell crack cocaine. When Scott was arrested, he had sold more than 50 grams.
Scott has agreed to serve a 15-year sentence. That sentence will be served consecutively with a 10-year sentence for another drug conviction.
In that case, Scott was found guilty of discharging a firearm during the commission of a drug transaction.
