Term limits can't be OK for some, not others

How can term limits for the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly and School Board be unconstitutional? We've had term limits on the borough mayor since 1993. Our governor has term limits. Our president has term limits. It would seem that the legislative branches of government (in this case, the borough assembly) love to impose term limits on the executive branches such as the mayor, governor and president.

They don't like the idea at all, when it applies to them. The sauce that is good for the goose is also tasty on the gander.
