FARMINGTON, Pa. (AP) Robert Damron and Cameron Beckman each followed up first-round 67s with 6-under par 66s Saturday to share the second-round lead at the 84 Lumber Classic.
Damron, whose only tour victory came at the 2001 Byron Nelson Classic, and Beckman were at 11-under 133. Brett Quigley, Jesper Parnevik and Heath Slocum were at 10-under 134.
CARY, N.C. Jim Ahern shot a bogey-free 5-under par 67 to take the lead after two rounds of the SAS Championship on the Champions Tour.
Ahern is 12 under for the tournament with a 132. He is three strokes ahead of Walter Hall and Bobby Watkins, who are tied for second on the 7,129-yard Prestonwood Country Club course.
David Eger and Bruce Fleisher are tied for fourth at 8 under. A trio of players, including first-round co-leader D.A. Weibring, are at 7 under.
PULHEIM, Germany K.J. Choi of South Korea shot an 8-under-par 64 to take a one-stroke lead after three rounds of the German Masters.
Choi had an eagle, seven birdies and a bogey to move to 21-under 195 on the Jack Nicklaus-designed Gut Laerchenhof course.
Miguel Angel Jimenez of Spain shot a 5-under 67 and was second at 20-under 196.
Ian Poulter of England shot a 69, and Carlos Rodiles of France had a 67 and were tied for third place at 197, two strokes back.
