During a recent visit I found a copy of the 2010 Peninsula Clarion Recreation and Travel Guide. Are you aware of the current obesity and adult onset diabetes crisis in this country? Did an editor examine the recipes on pages 23-25? Alaksan seafood is innately tasty and healthy. Why use cups of cheese, mayonnaise, oil, sticks of butter and excessive amounts of soy sauce or other salty prepared items that are unnecessary. One might easily find reasonable substitutes in local markets.
