Today: Roast beef, au gratin potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, rolls

Wednesday: Stuffed bell peppers, mixed vegetables, muffins

Thursday: Roast turkey, yams, dressing, gravy, spinach, rolls

Friday: Brunch

Saturday: Pork roast, applesauce, acorn squash with brown sugar, vegetable medley

Sunday: Country-fried steak, hash browns, white gravy, green beans, corn

Monday: Cabbage rolls, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, vegetables, French and sourdough bread


Today: Swedish meatballs, noodles, peas, peach salad, dessert

Wednesday: Scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, fruit cup

Thursday: Hamburger and rice casserole, green beans, Jell-O salad, dessert

Friday: Teriyaki chicken, rice, snow peas, orange Jell-O salad

Monday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, apple salad, zucchini, dessert


Milk and coffee served every day.

Today: Baked fish, au gratin potatoes, winter blend vegetables, carrot raisin salad, Jell-O

Wednesday: Chicken cacciatore, egg noodles, green beans, garlic bread, fruit compote

Thursday: Roast pork, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, spinach salad, apple cobbler

Friday: Beef pot pie, tossed salad, dinner roll, cheesecake

Monday: Corn beef brisket with potatoes, carrots, celery and steamed cabbage, applesauce


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m.; dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Thursday: Taco bar, refried beans, Spanish rice, lemon delight

Friday: Chicken cacciatore, angel hair pasta, Italian vegetables, oatmeal cookie

Today: Breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage and blueberry pancakes, served from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Pork roast, mashed potatoes with gravy, steamed cabbage, chili

Thursday: Lasagna, Italian vegetables, cheddar and broccoli soup

Friday: French dip sandwich, cream of potato soup

Monday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, beef noodle soup
