Bible interpretation sessions planned

Oral Bible interpretation and Scripture drama will be presented by Jason Knightingale at the Soldotna Bible Chapel at 7 p.m. Oct. 1. The Sterling Baptist Church will host an oral Bible interpretation workshop with Knightingale at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 2 and a Scripture in drama presentation at 9:45 a.m., 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Oct. 3. All events are free and open to the public.

Awana program to begin

First Baptist Church of Kenai, 12815 Kenai Spur Highway, will hold an Awana ministry program from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 3.

Women's prayer group to meet

Nikiski Aglow has begun a Beth Moore Bible study that meets every Wednesday for the next six weeks at 9:30 a.m. at the North Star Methodist Church, Mile 25 of the Kenai Spur Highway.
