All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Hot beef sandwich, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, melon slices

Wednesday: Fried shrimp, clams, salmon, fried okra, carrots, oven potatoes, peach cobbler

Thursday: Cornish game hen, sausage stuffing, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower with cheese, raspberry Jell-O with whipped cream

Friday: Chili dogs, french fries, cucumber salad, cottage cheese and peaches, chocolate and vanilla ice cream


Lunch includes salad bar, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water

Today: Beef stew, corn bread, pea salad, peach cobbler

Wednesday: Baked chicken, stuffing with gravy, peas and carrots, rolls, apple pie auction

Thursday: Barbecue baby back ribs, potluck

Friday: Chicken noodle casserole, broccoli Normandy with cheese sauce, sticky rolls


Today: Baked chicken, Waldorf salad, garlic potatoes, stir-fry vegetables

Wednesday: Brunch

Thursday: Biscuits, moose stew, oranges, salad bar

Friday: Cook's choice

Wednesday: Roast beef, potatoes and gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce, dessert

Thursday: Oven-fried chicken, potatoes, carrots, bread and butter

Friday: Hamburger on a bun with condiments, fries or potato rounds


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: All-you-can-eat salad bar, turkey noodle soup, assorted pies

Thursday: Hot beef sandwich, mashed potatoes, carrots, cherry Jell-O jubilee

Friday: Roasted chicken, rice pilaf, steamed beets, apple crisp

Monday: Pork roast, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, birthday cake


Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday meals include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order: Biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets served from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Chicken cordon bleu, rice pilaf

Thursday: Deep-fried halibut, french fries, broccoli

Friday: Choice of breakfast at 9 a.m. or lunch of French dip sandwich and baked potatoes


Salad bar and milk served daily. Dessert on Monday and Wednesday is fruit, on Tuesday and Thursday is frozen yogurt and on Friday is a surprise.

Today: Hungarian goulash over egg noodles, assorted vegetables

Wednesday: Roast beef, carrots, spinach, au gratin potatoes, bread

Thursday: Barbecue ribs, baked beans, corn on the cob, sourdough bread

Friday: Taco bar

Saturday: Chicken cordon bleu or baked chicken, rice pilaf, assorted vegetables

Sunday: Leg of lamb, asparagus with lemon, garlic mashed potatoes, rolls
