KENAI (AP) -- A Kenai man was arrested after allegedly holding a police officer at gunpoint, according to police.
The incident occurred Sunday evening at the Anchor Court Trailer Park in Kenai. Police said David Eason, 29, was charged with assaulting a police officer, domestic violence and resisting arrest. He was being held at the Wildwood Pretrial Facility.
Police said they were responding to a report of a domestic dispute when Eason went into the home and came out with a handgun. They said he pointed the gun at an officer's head, and then walked back inside the home. He came out later and was unarmed.
Police used pepper spray to immobilize Eason and arrest him.
