Reader: Support library bond

The library is bogged down in books and patrons. It is the most frequently used city service. Why? Access to information is a fundamental part of citizenship, freedom and education. Support the bond issue, which will pay only a part of an addition. It is part of the quality of life we all share in this wonderful city of Kenai.
