Election event planned
The Kenai Chrysler Center will host an "election central" event to watch the election results come in. The event begins at 7 p.m. Tuesday at center at 10288 Kenai Spur Highway. It is open to the public.
Pease to speak at Soldotna chamber

The Kenai Peninsula College is looking for several energetic individuals to serve on the KPC College Council. The council serves a public advisory role for the college and seeks to have representation from all sectors of the community.

Forum to host motivational speaker
October is Disability Awareness Month. Renowned artist and motivational speaker Sabine Becker-Demoltie will be the special guest at a disability awareness forum from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 11 at the Peninsula Job Center, 11312 Kenai Spur Highway, Suite 2. Lunch will be provided for all registered participants. Seating is limited. The forum is sponsored by the Department of Labor Work Incentive Grant. KDLL plans board election
