Salad bar and milk served daily.

Today: Beef stroganoff, egg noodles, brussels sprouts, carrots, rolls

Wednesday: Meatloaf, baked potatoes, green beans, rolls

Thursday: Liver and onions, Spanish rice, broccoli, rolls

Friday: Macaroni and cheese, hot dogs, beef vegetable soup

Saturday: Pork roast, dressing, gravy, spinach, corn, applesauce

Sunday: Chicken, whipped potatoes, country gravy, peas, carrots, biscuits

Monday: Beef short ribs, horseradish gravy, baked potatoes, acorn squash


Salad bar opens at noon; lunch is served at noon. Lunch includes salad bar, bread, rolls, muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water

Today: Sliced ham, scalloped potatoes, green-bean casserole

Wednesday: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn

Thursday: Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, mixed vegetables

Friday: Chicken sandwiches, chips, soup

Monday: Biscuits, gravy, eggs, bacon, fruit


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m.; dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, Oregon medley vegetables, berry cobbler

Wednesday: Reuben sandwich on wheat bread, tomato soup, spice cake

Thursday: Chicken and dumplings, spinach, butterscotch pudding

Friday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian vegetables, oatmeal cookie

Monday: Baked pit ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, birthday cake
