Salad bar and milk served daily. Dessert on Monday and Wednesday is fruit, on Tuesday and Thursday is frozen yogurt and on Friday is a surprise.

Today: Roast beef, scalloped corn, onion rolls, broccoli Normandy, au gratin potatoes

Wednesday: Angel hair pasta, Italian sausage, zucchini and tomato, French bread

Thursday: Pork chops, homemade dressing, gravy, applesauce, cauliflower and cheese

Friday: Potato bar

Saturday: Turkey breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce, peas, rolls

Sunday: Beef short ribs with horseradish sauce, au grating potatoes, green beans and almonds

Monday: Hickory smoked ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, brussels sprouts


All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Veal cutlet, mashed potatoes, corn, chocolate cake

Wednesday: Pork roast, fried chicken, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, fruit cup

Thursday: Chicken nuggets, oven potatoes, coleslaw, ice cream bar

Friday: French dip with au jus sauce, potato salad, peaches, cherry cobbler

Monday: Liver and onions, hash browns, carrots, vanilla pudding


Lunch includes salad bar, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water

Today: Liver and onions, baked potato with fixings, carrots, peach crisp

Wednesday: Chicken wings, potato gravy, mixed vegetables, rolls, cherry cheesecake

Thursday: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, peas, double chocolate pie

Friday: Hamburgers with fixings, french fries, coleslaw, blueberry cake


Today: Seafood scampi, pasta spinach, garlic toast, peaches

Wednesday: Moose burgers and fixings, oven fries, baked beans, fruit salad

Thursday: Roasted pork, potatoes, onions, carrots, applesauce, wheat rolls

Friday: Lasagna, peas, French bread, melon

Monday: Beef ribs or chicken, pinto beans, corn pudding, garlic toast, blueberries


All meals served with coffee and milk

Today: Pork tenderloin, whipped potatoes, sauerkraut, roll, vanilla pudding

Wednesday: Sweet and sour meatballs, rice, Oriental vegetables, apricots

Thursday: Baked chicken, tater tots, carrot coins, bread, tropical fruit mix

Friday: Baked fish, oven potatoes, green beans, bread, custard

Monday: Pork chops, noodles, broccoli tips, roll, mandarin oranges


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Sweet and sour meatballs, steamed rice, brussels sprouts, pineapple fluff Jell-O

Wednesday: Pizza supreme, Italian vegetables, ice cream

Thursday: Chicken and dumplings, spinach, butterscotch pudding

Friday: Beef frankfurter, macaroni and cheese, peas, brownie

Monday: Moose stew with potatoes, carrots and onions, baking powder biscuit, vanilla pudding


All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast to order: Biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets served from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday: Hamburger steak smothered in mushrooms and onions, potatoes au gratin

Thursday: Barbecued pork ribs, baked beans, corn

Friday: Breakfast from 9 a.m. to noon

Monday: Moose Salsbury steak, mashed potatoes, green beans
