Habitat for Humanity grateful for help received from Key Bank
Central Peninsula Habitat for Humanity thanks the wonderful women of Key Bank in Kenai for volunteering their time and energy to the home site on Gene Street on the afternoon of Sept. 19.
We were the lucky neighbors chosen by them this year for their Neighbors Helping Neighbors project. Kristine Holdridge, Linda Chivers, Mary Goodenough, Kristen Johnston, Heather Brunetti, Gigi Nash and Kristy Hughes helped put insulation in the crawl space and put a vapor barrier down. There are some Habitat volunteers who aren't brave enough to even venture into the crawl space, so these jobs are really appreciated! They also spruced up the site by picking up construction materials and stacking them neatly.
We're grateful to our good neighbors from Key Bank.
