I was unpleasantly surprised to read today, in your "Clarion Question" response section, the comment insulting the President of the United States and falsely identifying his religion.
On the front page of the same issue, you feature a story about a local man who accepts yard signs from all candidates for public office who ask him to display them. You quote him as saying people who stand for election deserve some respect. I believe what he said is true on every level of public service, and ask you to raise your journalistic standards to what is expected by your readers.
